At 1:03pm the leaders entered the large room where the setup was for the family photo. They each had a brown blanket/shawl draped over their right shoulders. They stood on red carpeted stairs with an APEC backdrop. They waved for the cameras a couple times. POTUS exited talking to Japanese PM Abe. An interpreter rushed to join them and the three of them walked out of the room in a huddle.
Pool is holding before the next spray, choosing to let the rest of the APEC delegations' press corps leave first after they entered the press area like it was the running of the bulls.
